Our community re-entry service is dedicated to helping recently incarcerated individuals successfully reintegrate into society. We connect them with essential community resources and workforce opportunities to a brighter future.
Resource Connection

Our resource connection service offers assistance by linking individuals to mental health, food stability, and necessary essential resources. Additionally, we support youth advocates in creating holistic solutions to tackle the various challenges encountered by underserved youth.
