The Back On Track Program
An initiative providing mentorship, life skills development, advocacy, coordinated services, and community-based support for youth, families, and adults experiencing behavioral, educational, and social challenges. The Back On Track Program is dedicated to filling gaps in systems utilized by youth at risk of justice involvement and individuals navigating justice involvement.

The Hope House
A community day shelter dedicated to serving individuals experiencing homelessness and those facing economic hardship by providing meals, essential resources, referrals to care, and compassionate support. The Hope House is dedicated to filling gaps in food security, technology access, and personal care items for members of our local NEA communities.

Ignite Youth & Family Program
A youth focused program that supports whole child health, academic readiness, and positive character development. Ignite provides tutoring, life-skills training, and opportunities for families to engage in healthy team building activities. The program is designed to help families build the skills, self-awareness, and positive relationships they need to thrive at home, in school, and within their communities.
